This ministry is for STUDENTS (Middle and High School).

We seek to bring youth into a deeper, more committed relationship with Jesus Christ. Helping students to Believe, Belong, and Become!

 

Weekly ONGOING Opportunities

SMALL GROUPS  |  Sunday Mornings at 9:30 am
 Sunday School: Meet in the Upper Room of the CFLC Bldg. (Refreshments provided)

SUNDAY SERVICE  |  Sunday Mornings at 11 am
Sunday Service: Meet in the Worship Center

W.O.W. (Worship On Wednesday)  |  Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
Meet in the Upper Room of the CFLC Bldg.
6 – 6:30pm: Food and Fellowship
6:30 – 7:30pm: Worship Service
7:30 – 8pm – Students “hang out”

BOYS BIBLE STUDY for Middle & High School Boys  |  Thursdays at 5pm

If you are looking to grow in your relationship with God, knowledge of the Bible, and intentionally in your relationships with each other, then this group is for you!

 

Coming Attractions & SPECIAL EVENTS

9/25/24 – Student Ministry Open House – open to students and parents. Includes family dinner at 6pm, followed by Open house style time (6:30 -7:30) in the Upper room where parents will have the opportunity to meet with SS teachers, volunteers and Bible Study leaders.
11-8-24 – REVERB: all night event starting with Orlando Magic game Friday night followed by interactive games, Pizza and hours of fun at 2 different venues in Orlando. (Last year it was Bounce Orlando and Ice skating and games at the RDV complex) This years venues have not been announced. More details , including pricing will be forth coming. Meet at church parking lot 6 pm return home 630 am Saturday.
12-21-24 Student Ministry Christmas Party in the Gym and Upper Room. 6:30 – 10:00 pm

TBD – Winter Retreat (exact weekend to be determined) @ Word of Life in Hudson ($120)

VISION of the Delaney Student Ministry:
Disciple existing believers and share the gospel for the salvation of the lost. This will be accomplished through the Holy Spirit within a culture and environment that has Godly teaching and is welcoming, relational, fun, Christ Centered and student first. The student ministry leaders will be above reproach, open to students, punctual, enthusiastic and sacrifice their time and resources to help others come to know the love of Christ and have a personal relationship with Him.

OUR GOAL:
To bring youth into a deeper, more committed relationship with Jesus Christ. Helping students to Believe, Belong, and Become!

OUR MISSION:
To partner with parents, church members, church staff and the community to accomplish our goal. Students/Youth have the opportunity to be involved in weekly worship, where we look at relevant topics from a Biblical perspective. Summer camps and Mission trips allow students to experience God with their peers and provide opportunities to serve others.

We are really excited about being in partnership with each of you, and look forward to the opportunities to watch each of the students grow closer to Christ in their walk!
